With backpack in paw, the form of a golden retriever morph climbed lazily up the narrow staircase. In her paw she gripped a small piece of paper. In the other, she clutched another much heavier bag. Behind her, the clicking of tiny claws assured her that her life long friend was still following. He was pretty far behind her though, his extra weight obviously holding him back. He would find her anyway. Not like he didn't have a nose... Pressing on, the furre finally found the top, walking out into the hallway with curious gaze. they had done some remodeling since the last year and the retriever was surprised to find a new wooden floor beneath her feet rather than the usual carpeted one. That was gonna be hell in the winter...
Sighing, she moved down the hall, finding her room toward the other end of the tower, overlooking the courtyard. The same room she had last year... Sighing again, she threw her baggage upon the bed by the window, sitting upon the edge with one paws to her forehead. Man was registration stressful this year. So many newbies, so much more meat... Hehe. Second Year Syke was gonna be a lot of fun... Second Year syke was like a holiday, where all the second years get to mess with the first years. grinning mischievously, she reached down mindlessly, her hand-paw finding the head of her fuzzy white corgi soon enough. this year was gonna be fun...

Rebecca sighed as she walked in, She was going to be tortured because of the second year students. She looked around for her dorm , number 17. The same as the second year she had seen in the office. She had put Ginger in her stall and Spearmint was following her close behind. She looked around again and saw her dorm number; 17. She opened the door to see the ‘creature’ she had seen in the office. She smiled and walked over to her bed that had blue sheets and a nice pillow made of goose down.
She put her stuff on the bed and laid down on the soft bed , not as nice as the one she had at home but still ok for her. She opened her book to a page in her dog magazine and started to read , she wanted to learn as much as she could about dogs here while working on her school stuff.
She looked over. “So that’s your puppy , he’s adorable!” She said with a large smile her book down on her chest.

Haruka looked up with a grin as a very familiar form walked through the door. That girl from the lobby, Rebecca, strolled in silently, throwing her stuff onto the bed much the way the retriever had done with hers. Turquoise gaze followed her as she moved about but the morph's mind was elsewhere. Right now, the room was boring and bland, looking much more like a hospital room rather than a dorm room. They would have to do some redecoration. Looking back at her roommate suddenly, the retriever smiled proudly, the corgi at her feet watching the stranger with a pretty much blank gaze.
"Yes siree. Don't get much cuter than this, right you?"
Though he had no idea what was going on, the pudgy canine stood up on his short little legs, his stub tail waggy back and forth so fast his whole rump moved. Panting happily, he walked in a circle, trying to decide which girl he'd rather be beside. In the mean time, Haruka was back staring at the walls. She hated hopsital rooms...
"Hmm... We need some posters..."
Turning about where she sat, she ruffled around in the tote bag on the bed behind her, pulling out two pieces of rolled up paper and some tape...

She laughed. “Well he is cute and Spearmint seems to have taken a liking to him!” She said as Spearmint jumped up the air. She laughed at her. “Settle down you , you can play later!” She said and ruffled her dogs fur on the top of her head. She sighed and looked back at her book. She put a pen In it and set it back in her bag. “We do, Here want me to help?” She asked getting up and walking to her bed and smiled.

Smiling at her roommate's agreement, the morph handed her the tape despenser and a smaller wolf picture she pulled from her bag.
"Sure, why not?"
Turning around again, she went back to searching through her bag pulling out two more full-length posters and a number of smaller ones. At the bottom of the pile, she slowly pulled out a framed pictured wrapped neatly in a fluffy cloth. Smiling at it as she unwrapped it, the furre placed it delciately on the table by her bed before sorting through her posters and deciding where they each should be hung. The smaller ones could go anywhere but the big one's would have to be spread out evenly...
Glancing about the room, she decided on two on each side....

“Where do you want me to put them?” she asked. She smiled at her puppy again and looked at Spearmint. She looked around at the room it did look very plain and boring she wasn’t to fond of it at all yet but she might grow to live with it later.

"Wherever. The small one's are not important. it's these big ones that'll matter most. I'm thinking two of these on each side. Keep everything relatively symmetrical."
Standing up, the morph took a few steps out into the middle of the room, looking back and forth between the two beds on her left and right, and the window on the wall directly across from her.
"Okay. let's go with the black tiger poster on this side and the panther poster over here... the rest can go wherever."
Unrolling said posters, the furre began the tedious task of pasting them to the wall, the corgi following the both of them as they travelled about the room...

Rebecca looked around a saw a spot that looked perfect for the picture she had. She smiled and jogged over to the spot and took some tape out of the dispencer and stuck it to the wall she did that again 3 times one on each side of the poster so it would stay.

Climbing up onto her bed, the furre pulled out some tape from her own dispencer, sticking it to the poster coners and sticking those to the wall. It was a little crooked when she was finished but, being the lazy ass she was, Haruka didn't care too much. Clambering down again, she moved to the other side, getting up on Rebecca's bed this time to paste the panther poster up over on her side. Keep everything even...
