In the darkness of the night, the trees seemed to come alive in the breeze, their branches swaying as if to music. Their shadowy forms loomed up out of the almost level ground, the leaves falling from their perches on the tips of the long limbs, fluttering to the ground in the night wind. Overhead, clouds danced around the stars and moon, hiding its full form from view and blocking its light like a heavy woolen blanket. A storm was on the rise...
Down upon the ground, crunching through the fallen leaves, Lucus stumbled about in the darkness blindly, his hands groping for anything to steady himself as he struggled to move between the trees. Behind him, something followed. Not even something... a few things crunched loudly through the forest. Yells and screams and shouts lit up the night air, causing the teen to only stumble faster, more desperately. Stupid humans... Why they hated his kind, the lycan could only guess. All he knew is he had to get away before the clouds passed and the moon came out again...

a strange creaure lurked behind him aswell, she was tall and lean, for she hated humans other than her master. She gave a growl to see if he would notice, hoping he wouldnt try to attack.

The lycan hardly noticed the stranger following him, considering there was a whole mob back there, screaming and yelling at his fleeting shadow. But he really didn't care too much. Whatever was back there, he had to get away, get away fro everyone and everything lest he kill them all. Stumbling about in the darkness, disorientated by the pain from the last shift and the impending doom of the next, the teenager tripped suddenly on a large log or root or something, hitting the ground with a thud. But his fall hindered not his movements. he crawled for a foot or two before stumbling back to his feet and continuing through the forest blindly...
