Lindy came up on her horse, the horses daggers sliced the earth as they came to one of the springs, she stopped and got off her horse. Lindy's blonde hair swung in her face, she moved it and sighed. "Wraith....why am I so shy?" she asked and sat down by the water's edge Wraith watched her master and nickered, and nuzzled her and went to the grass nearby.

Somewhere, way out in the darkened shadowy trees, a figure lurked about on all fours, his head lowered and his eyes a glow. Heavy paws crunched the dead leaves dully, letting others know he was there and givng them time to scatter. The chase was far more fun that way. Grinning sadistically, bright white fangs shone out in the darknes, lit up by the autumn moon, full and high overhead. But they were soon covered once again by the creature's powerful muzzle, a strange scent tripping his sense of smell and alerting him to the presence of others. Turning his head quickly, the wolf beast stood up slowly, getting to his full 9 ft height on his hind legs, the high vantage point making scenting the wind a bit easier. A human... Perfect. Growling low in his deep throat, the creature fell into a swift trot, his undead blue eyes glowing in the moonlight as he set off toward the Hot Springs...

at the sound of the leaves Lindy's horse Wraith quickly turned, angry watching the eyes until they disapeared. Lindy turned, her hair falling in her eyes, the watched for movement, "Wrath what is it?" She asked The horse nickered, the pale blue eyes grew white, As did Lindy's, she didnt know why but that was what happened when she was searching for something she couldnt see. "Who's there?" Lindy feared it was a cruel joke that was being played on her, she was new and shy...."Really is anyone there?" she asked with a calm demanding tone, not rude, but getting to the point. Herr eyes scanned the darkness but found nothing. ((just so you know, I did change her to a shifter, from a human, to a fox, i gave more physical features--Hi lucus**!))

((Oh, okay. We'll just assume that. being in his crinos form, something's either human, animal or werewolf, in his opinion. He's kind of stupid when like this...))
Following the scent calmly, the werewolf kept his head low to minimize the glow on his eyes and to keep his position a secret. As he approached the springs at a soft trot, he moved around left suddenly, staying a meter or two from the tree line and moving around the outside of the pool. Never approach prey from the front, a very basic predatory rule... not to mention common sense. If you approach from the front, they see you and run. It's that simple. So, instead, the wolf moved around so that he was at the horse's side and still a good distance deep in the shadows of the trees. But now he was facing the bright and full moon and the glow was back in his eyes. But, by the time they'd notice, it would be too late...

Lindy grabbed Wraith's reins and pulled her close, she mounted ready to walk toward the woods where she heard the noise..."Wraith follow the sounds" she sai quietly to her horse, the horse quickly moved toward the woods but sensed something and stopped, she reared threatning whatever it was to go away.....She gave a high pitched sound toward the woods, almost like an ear piercing scream, to any type of dog, it hurts their ears, hoping that the creature was a dog, she gave another scream.

((I appreciate the compliments. ^^ Nice to know people like this place...))
Even when his prey began to shift and move where they were, the werewolf did not reveal himself, for they moved very little and were of almost no threat to him. Even if the horse charged him where he lay, crouched within the thick shadows of the underbrush, he was nimble enough to leap from its path, whirl about and attack. He was more than capable of such a feat, powerful muscles and almost immortal reflexes giving the werewolf more power and speed than any other canine of his size. But, like all canines, he had very sensitive hearing...
The horse's scream started the hiding wolfen, causing the monstrous beast to flinch in its place in the shadows, recoiling back and covering it's pointed auds with its hand-like paws. But he uttered no sound, made no sudden moves outside of a flinch, did nothing to reveal himself to any mortal human creature. A second scream from the equine was enough however, to drive the blood driven monster to its feet, its nine foot form looming up in the darkness, ears still covered and teeth bared. He had no idea what this horse-thing was or how it was hurting him, he just knew it had to stop. One plus one equals kill...
Racing out of the darkness and dropping back to his more nimble quadruped running position, the werewolf ran straight at the equine, making one quick slash at it before leaping backward, bracing himself toward the top of a nearby tree in typical werewolf fashion, muscles tensed, eyes glowing and heavy claws digging into the bark...

The horse, watched the woods, and startled when the wolf popped, out. Lindy's leg was gashed, for the wolf got her instead of her horse. The horse was enraged, and gave a call to Dallas. This call was louder and higher than the others. Dallas came out, his small dog frame stood infront of the wolf. He ave a low threatning growl. And stepped back a bit ready to dodge and bite, just like a typical wolf would do.

The horse called again, only worsening the werewolf's rage. If there was one thing one tried to avoid with such a vicious creature, it was making it angry. Common sense with any creature but werewolves particularly. While a dog can be calmed with petting and coos, a werewolf is calmed by the death of whatever caused its rage... or itself...
Roaring so loudly the trees seemed to quiver in fear, the monstrous beast leapt from the top of the tree where it was perched only to land on the trunk of one on the opposite side of the clearing, clinging like a spider to the side. It was behind the horse now, the perfect position to attack. But instead, he leapt again, landing on another tree to the horse's right before finally landing on the ground toward the animal's front. His claws scraped through the dead leaves, his teeth bared and saliva dripping from his jaws. Seemingly dead gaze narrowed slowly, focused on the animal's exposed throat...
His pupils darted to one side as a pathetically small creature came out of the underbrush. A dog? Yeah right... He was a real dog, that thing might as well be a tick. Looking back to the horse quickly, the werewolf faked to the right swiftly before changing direction and leaping at the horse's chest...
((Yeah... I kinda watched Van helsing like six times in a row trying to get some good screen caps... so i'm totally up for a serious werewolf fight! *spazzes around the room*))

((holy crap *bites nails*))
The dog howled, and a six headed creature came out, not in the mood to fight she clamly walked to a tree and waited to strike the werewolf. The horse quickly moved, and just got scratched, she jumped at the wolf. Lindy shifted to her fox like fiure to atleast help[ her horse.

((*laughs evily*))
The wolf leapt back again, preparing for another strike at the horse but turned his attention to the strange creature with multiple heads. He wasn't used to having to focus on so many things on one critter and all the various sets of eyes were making his head spin. His species thought in too linear a fashion to adapt to any sort of drastic change in what they were dealing with. Find, hate, kill... that was how his mind worked. Find, hate, kill kill kill kill kill kill... didn't seem to work out so well. Shaking his long fured head, the beast turned back to what he'd already found and knew he hated: the horse. Another great leap forward launched his form at the animal with almost ungodly speed, the horse's only warning being a deafening roar as the monster lunged for its throat...

she reared as the wolf leapt at her, not enough to hurt the wolf but just to set it off course. The creature growled because Wraith was her friend in a way. The razor sharp teeth bared as she threatened the wolf. She took a step toward him and snapped.

The horse's forequarters hit the wolf in the chest, turning him off to one side but doing nothing but that. He landed swiftly on all fours, whirling about in a skid, his huge paws sliding over the dead vegetation on the forest floor. The second his initial motion stopped, the beast leapt at the horse again. Out of all the creatures in the clearing, it was the equine that had pissed him of and it was her that he wished to kill. The others might as well have been tree stumps or deer doo doo....
His leap was cut short however, his massive form falling at the horse's hooves purposefully. All in one swift movement, the werewolf made a quick dodge to the left, skirtting underneithe the horse and aiming his powerful jaws for her vulnerable underside...

The werewolf wasn't an idiot, he saw the horse move to fall on him. Due to his position directly beneath her, she had to maneuver her legs in a particularly tedious way in order for her weight to fall on top of him, making it quite simple for the wolf to get a good slash attempt in before trying to dart away. However, her hind hooves were a useful weapon on her part and the right one hooked the beast under his left hind leg, around his hip area, sending him tumbling a few feet or so. He rolled across the ground before landing swiftly on his feet like the maneuver was planned but the sensitive joint felt worse than it looked...
Growling in irritation, the werewolf crept back a ways, pausing once he was far enough back toward the trees to give the area a quick sniff, checking for anything that might become a problem later. Nothing... Blue gaze turned swiftly back toward the equine who had hurt him yet again this night. His faded grey jowls pulled back, revealing dirty white fangs once again in a threatening fashion. They would not get away with any of this, not so long as the moon was up...
Roaring boldly, his narrow jaws wide, the werewolf charged yet again, unwilling to give up just yet. He ran head long toward the equine, eyes burning, but just a few feet from the horse's form, the monster leapt into the air, straight up and almost to the tops of the trees. With the full moon behind him, he fell, forepaw extended in a deadly strike, aiming for the horse's back...

The horse whinnied in pain. She too was not an idiot, she saw the wolf comming fo her back, and as he came up she bucked out. The creature with 6 heads gave a threatning for her owner was on the horse. Lindy fell off, and landed over by a tree. Tisiphone got up, she growled louder to the wolf, and showed her teeth as a threat. The equine darted quickly for the trees, hoping to get her owner back on, and run away.
