Inferi walked in leaving hemerlin outside for the moment. She walked over to the counter then rang the grimy bell with distaste. She needed a bait line, bait and a mew stand. She also needed a new hood, the old one was wearing out and was ripped from the merlin scratchig at it.

A human-looking creature approached the counter, his blond hair disheveled and dirty and his pointed ears pierced a thousand times or so. He leaned on the cabinet sitting beside the counter, chewing some gum mindlessly and loud, long whip-like tail waving behind him and hazy blue eyes watching his new constomer with distaste...
"Yeah?"

She drew back slightly shyly as the other came out, 'I needed some hawking equipment, do you have a stand, a hood, some bait and a bait line?' Her voice was small and shy, most people would want to protect her but this thing, nah, wasn't likely

The annonymus store worker flicked his tail in irritation, studying the girl for a few moments before finally responding nonchalantly. He gave a wave of his hand toward the left side of the store.
"I think there's some bird stuff over there... If that crap's any place, it'll be there..."

'Thank You' She murmured as she turned away towards the equipment. She picked a pine stand and a beautiful white leather hood. For the sake of it she chose some new jesses with some lovely sounding bells at the end. Her small hands put some bait in a bag avoiding the vile smelling stuff and picking up the least tangled bait line then taking it to the other. She placed the stand to the edge and placed the rest on the counter. Her nimble hands slipped her soft white hair behind her ear ten took out the small pouch of her money, 'How much please?'

The guy behind the counter watched his only customer with little interest, ringing up her stuff slowly and never giving her even the slightest glance. He was a notoriously rude cashier so what did he care? Eventually the little black machine made a happy "bing" sound and the price played across a small rectangular screen...
"$42.38...."
((I have no idea how much those things would really cost so, bare with me. ^^))
As those two talked and chatted at the counter, though there wasn't much chattering actually going on, another "bing" sound alerted the others to the enterance of another customer. Black claws clicking on the tile floor, a golden retriever morph took her time strolling around thedog section of the store, off to the left side of the counter. Behind her, a small chubby pure white welsh corgi waddled at her heels, following her without a leash or any question...

(Nor do I lol)
As she passed over the money the bell sounded again. Her large slitted eyes shifted from the pouch to the new comers with a slight tinge of panic. It had taken all her courage to enter here now others came. She passed ovver the money swiftly gathering up the equipment hurridly but droppping the line. She leant over to pick it up with the elegent ears just starting to go pointed and fur covered as her flight instinct fought to take over

Peeking over the top of one of the many isle displays, the retriever eyed the curious creature at the register with suspicion. Not enough to seem bothered by the girl's presence, more just wondering what was going on. But, she lost interest in less than a second and was back searching through the various cans of dog food. Her little corgi friend however was a bit more productive in his investigation. He waddled his chubby little form over to the end of the isle, looking over at the register and the stranger with deep brown eyes. He was still some distance from the girl and therefore felt bold enough to give her a high-ptiched corgi yap, but only one...

She instictivly jumped back with a nervous gleam to her eyes. Dogs were not her strong point after being the target once in a fox hunt. She had managed to pick up the bait line. Her lips drew back in a snarl showing sharp fangs as the brown eyes became more slitted.

Being the cowardly little dog he was, the corgi immediately yelped at the top of his lungs, falling backward onto his bum before whirling about in his spot and sprinting back down the isle to the safety of the currently kneeling canine anthro. She gave a look down toward her dog curiously, her turquoise gaze narrowing in suspicion. Not that she was surprised something had scared her dog but more that they had the nerve to do so... But before jumping to irrelevant conclusions, the morph stood up slowly, walking very casually to the front of the isle to see what exactly had spooked her poor doggy...

The fox shifter straightened and looked straight into the eyes of the morph infront of her inwardly fighting the urge to run. Her lips had lowered as soon as the corgi had run but the eyes were still slitted and the fangs were still there under the lips. Her white hair fell down over her shoulders giving her the look of a priestess but never had a thing been so oppisite apart from a dark mage of course (lol)

Looking back at the shifter with one eyebrow raised, the morph said nothing, simply stared for a few moments. Well, the slitted eyes were creepy enough and they had undoubtably been the corgi's problem. Sighing, the retriever gave the shifter a modest wave to the stranger at whom she was staring, her canine companion cowering behind her legs...
