Shrugging his shoulders, the shifter gave his companion a lop-sided grin.
"meh. Spring is okay. I like the rain and the thunderstorms and stuff but there are too many bugs and it gets way too hot near the end... but it is a decent season. I really don't like summer though. Drop-dead hot...'

she smiled slightly at his lop-sided grin. she loved thunder storms, they were, in a weird way, calming to her.
Yes, I love the thunder and lightning storms... though I can agree about the bugs and heat. I can not stand when it gets hot toward the end and all summer.

Nodding calmly as he agreed, the tiger strayed off the path a little, moving slowly toward a particular tree and giving it a sniff. He paused, as if listening to something before moving back toward the path. Imaginging that the girl would ask, the shifter answered her unasked question.
"Just testing the forest for danger and to find out the weather forecast. The trees know more than you think..."

she watched him for a moment and when she was about to ask the question, he answered it. she listened to his answer and nodded slightly, with a smile.
so, is there anything dangerous around? and how's the weather going to be today?
she asked wonderingly.

Pulling along side the werewolf once more, the tiger squinted into the dark distance a little before his keen eyes made out the form of the school building. He hadn't been sure of what exactly it was at first but was glad to know it was nothing for them to fear...
"Nope. Nothing about except for ourselves, the feild mouse to our right, the ravens flying about overhead and the little family of deer a few yards that way. As for the weather, sunny day today will be but very very cold. It'll start out comfortable like this but cool down signifcantly about 10:00..."

she smiled as she listened. wow. he could tell all this by sniffing a tree? omg, that's amazing. she thought to herself.
wow, that's pretty cool. i didn't know they were that smart.
she said, still holding her smile.

Scratching the back of his head sort of skittishly, the tiger chuckled a bit. Trees? Smart? A funny concept in his opinion.
"Well, they're not. They don't have any brains or anything... They simply prepare their systems depending on the approaching weather. When it gets cold, they close up their pores and the stalks to their leaves and such and the scent becomes weak, not to mention..."
Pausing, the shifter reached out to catch a falling leaf from the tall tree beside them.
"The leaves fall out. When it is about to rain, photosynthesis slows down and they don't produce as much sugar because of the lack of sunlight so their scent becomes bitter. Other, more delicate things can be told in a tree's scent and they're too complicated to describe but it's something you learn when living in India so as not to be surprised by the monsoons..."

she smiled slightly. Well, they weren't really smart, she knew that, but it was just what she said first. she had a thing like that. She would mean something else, but other words would come out. she listened to what he had to say and nodded, to let him know she was listening. he was a very smart guy and that was cool. she'd love to know about all this.

Smiling back at her, the iger turned his head, green gaze looking back down the path toward the school, which was now a simple stone's throw away from them, looming up out of the dim landscape like a mighty mountain or a gigantic beast. As they walked, it only increased in size until it was towering inches away from their face, reaching up into the pale sunrisen sky and seeming to grab at the slowly fading stars above. Racing forward slightly, the shifter opened the door slowly, holding it for the lycan politely. Who said chivalry was dead?

The lightning struck, and in he shadows lurked a strange figure, 6 heads, and in each mouth hung razor sharp daggers. Her pelt was soaked from the rain. She thought to herself for a moment. She then stepped on a stick near the two. and hid back into the shadows. She howled to let them know she was near. Her howl was like no other, it was a low, mornfull howl. Ear chilling. She let her white orbs, invade the black of the shadows. And as they glittered, more lightning making her heads visable.

Elysia smiled at his manners though stopped when the twigs cracked. She turned, and looked among the shadows. She listened to the mournful howl. It was sad and let a slight shiver run down her spine, but being a werewolf, it brought little emotion to her. Soon, her glittering eyes shown the many heads and Elysia stared at them for a minute. Who are you? she asked, looking upon the figure.

The figure in the woods listened to them, then answered back "No one you would know" her voice was like a song, beautiful. "But my name is Tisiphone...." she said walking out of the shadows slightly. Her heads watched them. Her white orbs gleamed in the pail light.

Elysia looked at the many heads of the being named Tisiphone, whom stood in front of her. Your right, I do not know you. she said. I'm Elysia she said. Her deep glittering brown eyes looked upon the gleaming whites of Tisiphone.

The tiger shifter was aware of the creature to a degree, the trees giving him fair warning that something was near. But he paid it little mind. A tiger and a werewolf, who had the balls to attack such a deadly tag team? Aparently, this muti-headed creature did. Gripping the door coldly, green optics of the shifter narrowed in instant suspicion but it showed little on his striped face. Following the lead of the others, but not liking it, the shifter quietly gave his own name...
"Duka..."

"settle, I am here to hurt no one.......and I dont want a reason too so early in the year." she said showing her frame. She did have the guts to attack any she hated, but them? No she had no reason to. "t'am new here, just wandering around" She said walking to them, just a little bit though. Her orbs glittereing at them.
